Most of the center can easily be done in Year 1, but a few are a PAIN unless you luck out with the Traveling Cart's RNG stock. Truffles require a Deluxe Barn and fully grown pigs at a high enough heart to find them, Red Cabbages and Sandfish requires completing a different bundle first to get to the Desert, and the huge amounts of gold in the office kinda contradict the need to pay for everything to get all the other bundles filled.
I used to get tired of the game quickly because I would rush the community centre and relationships but it’s been so calm now knowing that I don’t have to get it done ALL in year one lol. I used to think if I didn’t do it at the end of year one I would get the joja mart ending.
