Do you have any ideas what to do on these empty areas (both grass and sand) of this small beach area? To the left of that farther restaurant I thought of building a parking lot. And I`ll remove those tables that were kinda left in the dark (more or less in the middle of the screenshot). helpful videos and tips are super welcome! 😀

That looks nice! Some trees would definitely be great. Perhaps some or palm trees, or maybe oak+birch or just oak could be nice.
