This post is obviously made by someone without children of their own, or without a family member or friend with small children. Children don’t sleep, they are always awake when you don’t want them to be and napping when you want them awake.
I know there’s a lot of jokes here, but the answer is that it’s a festival day. Kids just stop wherever they were when you went to the festival and stay there. They’re normal again the next day.
