I went through all the supposed golden walnut places again but im still missing 5.. any guesses here?
Edit: thanks guys!! I paid 50,000G to the Joja Parrot. Lol! Im still really curious where those last 5 golden walnuts are but i have other fishes to catch (pun intended)

You can always ask the parrot. He can give hints. If he does not than it might be from the Simon says game.
Ifyou’re really desperate, there’s a parrot on the left side of the volcano that tells you the location of all the golden walnuts for 1 million
Ask the parrot inside Leos hut where you first meet him – he will give you a hint. If you post the hint here some may be able to give you a specific location to look. This is a different parrot than the one that you pay for them
double check with the parrot in leo’s hut… there’s 5 from fishing, farming, muscle nodes (bottom of farm) birdie’s quest, volcano crates enemies and rocks, mermaid and gem birds…
At this point I buy the rest from the joja parrot.
Honestly if you’ve got the money it’s easier just to pay the parrot to find them. For only 5 it’ll be dirt cheap
I mean if youre desperate you cam buy them from the Joja parrot. Its only $1m+ for all of them. It 10k a piece. So if youre missing 5, it’ll cost you 50k only.
The Gunther’s library app has a golden walnut tracker, so you could go through and tick off the ones you know you have and see what’s left

It’s actually pretty easy. Try using a perfection tracker. Here’s one. Not sure if it works for ppl using switch, but if you can upload the file it should work still.

Did you get the colored crystal memory game ones that are in the cave yet? Those are always my last ones and I just pay for em.
is this a mod or is this tracker in game? as far as the walnuts the parrot should give you hints or you can use the joja parrot.
Have you extra double checked that you collected everything from Professor Snail? Something about that dialogue is hinky and easy to overlook for me. On multiple saves, I have finished the island museum, checked in with Prof. Snail, gotten part of the reward, and walked away without collecting the last walnuts. Only to realize much later when I was desperate to find them.
