I like to do this in dangerous skull caverns! The dangerous versions of the mine/skull cavern already have extra monsters. I'll swap to the scout/desperado profession, max out my crit chance on the weapon, enchant my weapon with crusader (bug killer would also be a decent choice), and equip a napalm ring. And the parrot, of course. I go on days where I get the blessing of fangs and/or have great luck. Not only do I get tons of money from the parrot, but I'm also getting plenty of iridium and radioactive ore
Most efficient is starfruit wine but grow the starfruit with speed grow, I make 2mil a season just on fruits and wine
The clock looks pretty 😍 but ive never gotten it before so we will see
I got the clock, but I'm currently in the process of filling a big shed with Satues of Endless Fortune, so this method should come in handy.

Just a heads up about parrot egg levels, you can only get higher levels once you hit certain total earning milestones. This includes via reforging. So if you haven’t hit said milestones, you could reforge an egg hundreds of times, and consume multiple stacks of Iridium Bars in the anvil, and still not have the Level 4 one.

I’ve never gotten far enough. I always try to plan out how to complete the Community Center in the first two years, get freaked out when I mess something up, and start over.
You can combine monster musk with the napalm ring for essentially free bombs. That way you can sell valuables like minerals to add to the parrot total without making/buying bombs or using a pickaxe a lot.
Saying that the mastery bar just fills up isn't accurate
It fills up with xp, costing 10k for the first point and the cost increases by 5k each time
Also farming xp is cut in half because of how much xp late-game crops give
I built it then ignored lol
None of this compares to decimating the lava eel population of the volcano next to a row of fish smokers 150k in a day easy
Why are ppl calling the golden clock ugly , it's pretty 😞
If I go on a monster slaughter spree, I like to use a hammer with cooldown bonuses rather than a sword. Spamming the area attack is super satisfying 🙂
Steps to get rich:
1. Reach 4 hearts with wizard
2. Change your name to I[74][74][74][74]
3. Reach 8 hearts with Gus
4. On a random day he will take the player's name in his repeating dialogue
5. Install an Auto clicker and use it to trigger that dialogue repeatedly for the whole day
6. You can get at least 9 stacks of Prismatic shard
7. Change your profession to geologist so it's price goes to 2600g from 2000g
8. Sell them all and you will get 20 million rupees
My first trinket was a level 4 parrot. And birds are my favorite animal so i haven't replaced it 😂
