i wanna be clear, first redstone lamp should be on by default, and second one will turn on as the first one turns off when i click note block

This is what I whipped up in about two minutes. I’ll try to make it smaller/cheaper and report back.
If you are willing to change the lamps into copper bulbs it is as simple as this
