Yes, but I reccomend playing it with a Bluetooth controller as the mobile controls are pretty poor.

It’s the exact same game! If you don’t have a console or don’t like PC gaming, it’s a great option 🙂

  3. Absolutely! I would recommend you play with a Bluetooth controller as the touch screen can be frustrating at times.

I have been playing this for years, the only things I cannot do with a touch screen are throwing the bait diagonal and the slingshot. To be honest I get by without that nd it works great

  5. I have an Xbox save and mobile save going at all times. It’s absolutely the exact same experience to me

  6. I only really use it while traveling but I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth!

  7. Yes, fills in the time with no need to have data or wifi so save a ton of frustration when coverage is patchy.

  8. Yes. I do not like the default controls but once you change the settings to how you like or connect a controller it’s just like vanilla Stardew on any other platform.

I mostly play on my Switch 2 but if I’m travelling without my switch or just have a quick break somewhere Stardew on the phone is perfect

  9. No, it installs a virus called Stardew Valley on your phone which causes you to lose all track of time and play the game for 10 hours straight.

I think it was the first mobile game I ever bought and it was worth every cent. Played all the way up to Ginger island.

that was the first version I ever played. a lot of comments here are saying the touch controls can get frustrating- however, I found I preferred them. not having to manually switch my tools, just pressing where I want my character to go on the screen and watching her walk there instead of having to control her the entire time. I dunno, I enjoyed it. only downside to me is no multiplayer

  12. Yes and with some tinkering you can run mods on it as well. Not all mods will work on mobile, but a lot of the popular ones like SVE work (to my knowledge).

I love it! I use the apple pencil since I play on my ipad and there are some controls that don’t work very well like going into a certain persons basement and placing certain items on tables so I do have to go to different controls in the settings and then go back but that’s it! So 97% seamless

Yes! This is how I played in the beginning now I play it on pc and this way if I can’t play pc

100% worth it! I didn’t think I’d like it because of the graphics (not my style) but I love the game. I’ve been taking my time, so much to do!

I bought SDV Mobile on a whim and ended up loving it, I use it to kill time at work or play while listening to a podcast. The touchscreen controls are a little wonky, but you can either learn to live with it or buy a controller.

Youre asking this on a Stardew Sub. Of course everybody is going to tell you its good and its worth it

I usually play on my laptop, and I can never get enough. So I figured I should get it for my phone as well.

It turns out, I just don’t go for it on my phone as often as I thought I would. I only go to Stardew when I have a substantial amount of uninterrupted time to devote to it, but if I’m going to do that, I want my bigger screen.

When I play a game on my phone, I usually only anticipate having 5 minutes free between activities, and that’s not enough time to make it through a day and save it before I have to quit. So, I’ll play candy crush instead.

That said, if your only way to play Stardew is on your phone, get it on your phone! I find it helpful to use a stylus.
