Use dynamites for arena, try using shadow flame knives and enable aim lock. For second phase you can make a tunnel named OSOGOF by the community.
Also she is enraged when she isnt in jungle’s cavern. Idk about under ground player but she is enraged in surface.

For her flower, if you’re patient and don’t want to make an arena every time, you can make a bunch of straight lines of jungle grass blocks nearby to maximize the potential. Make the space only have a 2 block gap to prevent large foliage, and either make it 1 long line across the top and bottom section, or have it layered and use some specific way to get in and reach it.
The arm pain sounds terrible, but by how you’re talking about it, there is some level of skill issue. She’s the easiest hardmode boss to me. You should try a tankier build. Get as much defense and damage reduction and regen stuff as you can and just use the true Excalibur at a close enough range to hit them with the effect and blade, but far enough that you’re not constantly getting hit by her body. When she gets close to half health, get some extra distance and close back in when you think you can.
