(This post is just a final reflection on my experience with the game; it doesn’t contain anything particularly interesting or any advice.)
I’ve spent over 100 hours playing this game, which I’d never heard of before (I now know it’s a top title in this genre), and I started playing it because someone in my Steam family group had it. I don’t usually play farming games; they’ve always seemed too simple and repetitive to me. Now I see I was wrong—while it isn’t complex, it’s genuinely well-balanced and turns out to be very satisfying. I’ll never prejudge farm simulators again.
I hope that in 5 or 10 years there will be a new version or enough updates that I can play it again with the same enjoyment.
I’m one of those players who just installs a game, completes it as efficiently as possible, and then uninstalls it, but I envy those of you who can stretch out a game like this for years.
With that said, thank you for introducing me to a genre I had underestimated—and even looked down on—for so long.

WAIT, can you move the greenhouse?!
Um pecado deixar o galinheiro longe de algum lado pro patos não nadarem… de resto gostei do design
Well done! Now add mods. Stardew Valley Very Expanded is a fun one.
ive spent 140 hours in this game, and my farm looks is such a mess still. i recently started a new game. i gotta get myself together lol
Your farm is exquisite!
the mighty 1km² field
I have farms for all the characters in my stardew storyline even the non-farmers. I use mods on pc to get ideas for my stardew universe, and also to create house ideas quick and efficiently. I have so many farms to play and keep track of bc of this and have never gotten my farms to look as finished as yours.
Your farm looks beautiful.
