Green gem?


I was watching Courtney Miller’s stardew stream and saw this green gem (?) in one of their chests which I’ve never seen before (between the mystic syrup and hay)

Does anyone know what it is?

Edit: I don’t think they’re playing with any mods

    Far away stone. Throw an ancient doll in the water on level 100 of the mines, it gives you the stone. Take the stone to the wizard’s basement and theres a spot for it to the right of the shrine of illusions.

    Do people do this to get the sword? By the time you’ve got to level 100 of the mines that sword damage is pretty useless and there are better options.

    that’s just a pickle that got lost in the chest for three seasons and achieved sentience
