Last thing I did before is this.
> Save exit
> Enter and go to tinkerer
> Reforged
> Bad modifier
> Instead of me usually pressing the close terraria button while on the goblin tinkerer interface, I accidentally press settings before closing.
I have reset the game multiple time already but it doesn't working yet. I'm planning of making save copy of the world I have and redownloading the game. Any help on either fixing the menu or creating save copy? Also, this bug apply to everything from inventory to control.

Me pasó lo mismo y tuve que borrar el juego eh instalarlo de nuevo, fue la única forma, probé de todo y nada.
Deberías buscar un tutorial de como hacer una copia de seguridad de tu mudo o mundos y borrar el juego.
Ese bug me pasó unas tres o cuatro veces

What is the issue? Is it the scale? You can change that in the layout editor in the second tab of settings.
