I'm trying Big Globe for the first time and I love it, but it spawns these giant structures way too often. I'd like to reduce them a lot so they feel rarer and aren't in every direction I look. Does anyone know how to do that?

You’d probably need to edit the mod file itself, or there might be another mod that could help you do it
