I was wondering the same thing but I think it has something to do with the Christmas festival and who you give a gift to.

The Feast of the Winter Star (the Christmas event) has a gift giving thing. So basically you’re supposed to get a gift for Seb! You can earn a full heart with one loved gift! (I recommend picking up some forage of the beach. A lot of it can be considered a ‘fish’ and making sashimi! It’s a loved gift for him!)
