I avoided spoilers so i didnt really care and honestly if youre complaining about just having another world ready to fight it on then maybe you should just spawn them in it seems like you dont like effort in games

Technically the real altar will drop in any world, but you need to break every single natural altar for it. Absolutely not worth it

Iirc eoc always drops one if no alters exist in your world

they literally said it would only be obtainable in extreme circumstances before the update came out (which turns out to be no other demon alter existing)
