It’s because of the second bed you have. He thinks the top bed is his. Try picking up and placing the bed you want him to sleep in and vice verse if that doesn’t work.
Go into the Nostalgic Old Furniture Collection data folder and open up Furniture_Addon.json, then search for Bed2, then replace “Bed2/bed” with “Bed2/bed double”.
Do you have a mod that allows you to place furniture off of the strict tile grid? If so, I would recommend picking up the bed and making sure it snaps to the grid normally when you place it. If you scooched it further toward the wall, that might have messed up his ability to find it
It’s also possible that the item isn’t correctly coded as a bed. But if you’re able to go to sleep in it or wake up in it, I doubt that’s the issue.
It could also be an issue with the crib. If the crib is an object you placed and not a retexture of the crib that was already there, it’s possible that the game thinks that’s the primary bed and he can’t get to it
