After he cracks out… he just becomes a rarely spotted creature darting between things quickly. Like squirrels and raccoons and other animals. You can’t interact with it and it never really comes into the game as anything beyond that. I’ve seen it at night running between the tree below Hayleys house and Krobuss sewer AND running up by the bus. He just looks like a shadow man-thing outline.
