I usually just sell them all for the gold. By the time I have a regular supply of them, I already have plenty of other loved gifts to give to Leo and Elliott.
I'm a tailoring fanatic, always have one coop full of just rabbits to produce wool for cloth anyway, so I have tons of rabbit feet.
Also, Penny is ridiculous. THE RABBITS WANT US TO HAVE THEIR FEET, PENNY.
I'm saving them to gift them to Leo when I go Ginger Island run.

They also make a cute shirt on the sewing table, but mostly I save all the gold and iridium quality ones for when I run into Leo and sell the rest ☺️

One of the machine framework mods I have allows some items that can't be made into artesian products to be made into things. Duck feathers can be made into its own cloth at a loom, which sells for more, and recent updates allow turning flowers into perfume oil.
lol after I went through the whole struggle of buying a big coop and getting a duck my cat randomly gave me a duck feather the next day haha like “oh you wanted a feather? Why didn’t you tell me? Here!” Or it stole it off the baby duck… both plausible options lol

Duck feathers are far from the most annoying thing to get. For me it was that dang walleye. You need to wait for fall, wait for it to rain, then wait for night, to catch one. SO annoying 😭
