This was on Forge 1.20.1 with a pretty big modpack including a bunch of Create, Ars Nouveau, and Valkyrien Skies mods. Embarrassingly, I assembled the modpack but can't recall which mod added this item stack combining behavior, and none of the mods in the list jump out at me.

Modlist?
There are no obvious candidates (at least for me), so its probably kubejs/graphene. Graphene has Stxck functionality for ground-item merging and can be used as better replacement for this dedicated mod
I cannot speak for the x260 count above the items, clearly an item count but couldn’t tell you what caused it. And for the stacking mechanic you’re actually asking of, what are you looking for? Isn’t that just how item stacking works in general for Minecraft? I haven’t played in like a week and a half but it looks entirely normal to me? Is it the speed they clump?
