Only thing I can’t think of is using exploits. Not accusing you, but if you are using some kind of exploits it messes with characters schedules
Is this a bug? She’s usually there by 10:00 isn’t she? Apart from festival days when you drive yourself, but then why can’t we do that everyday and get to the desert at 8:00?

Usually when this happens you can buy a ticket and drive yourself
This happens to me when someone I’m playing with leaves the session, it breaks many of the npc pathing and schedules, I have to restart game to fix it.
