(no major spoilers please! im still at Year 2 Fall) i heard dino eggs are very rare and not to donate them to the museum , but i just did a single skull cave run and got 4 directly + 3 prismatic shards + 3 iridum bars + 171 irid ore + random quiver trinket… i dont know if im considered lucky or not but i think i am ? /gen

3 prismatic shards is very lucky. you can put the dino egg in the egg incubator, it’ll give you baby dinos that’ll give you more dino eggs and you can make dino mayonnaise with them!
also, if you go to the calico desert, in the middle of the three pillars, and right click while holding a prismatic shard, you’ll get the galaxy sword.
Contrary to major belief, dinosaur eggs are significantly more common than other artifacts cause they’re a monster drop. But those three prismatic shards are very, very lucky.
Save up the bones and fossils if you havent started already, they’ll be useful after a special order quest.
