I'm really sad by this. I go to floors 115+ and kill red slimes and all others but can't find this jelly and the task has a 6 day limit :/ what do I do!?

Just keep trying on level 5 over and over again. It’ll show eventually.
You’re supposed to kill a specific rare spawn slime.
It is a 100% drop from that slime.
Just got to floor 5 and walk around a bit. If there’s not one there, exit the mines and take the elevator back to floor 5. Repeat until you find the prismatic slime.
The floor doesn’t matter. A prismatic slime could spawn on floor 2. I go to floor 5 and search floors til I reach 10. Then I go back to 5 and repeat. Just search 5-10 over and over til it spawns.
After eating monster musk, if you go to the mine, a lot of monsters will appear, so the probability increases.
You need to find the prismatic slime which is a slime that changes colours. It’s very rare and has nothing to do with the level of the mines you’re in, it can spawn anywhere. But again it’s very rare and you might fail the quest a couple times but you’ll get it again.
Prismatic jelly drops from a prismatic slime. When the mission is active, any slime that spawns has a chance to be prismatic.
The best way to get it is to check floor 5, leave the mines of it isn’t there, and repeat. Eventually, one of the slimes will be prismatic. I’ve completed this mission in 1 day with this trick.
If you find a slime floor for that day, you can exit the mines to reset the floor and try finding them that way!
I did that whole spam floor five thing for a while but after failing that quest twice I just started to go through the floors from their normally and I eventually found it in like 2 days
Go to 85. Clear it, leave thru the stairs down, come back and it resets. That’s how I find it every time. Might take a couple days.
The Prismatic Slime doesn’t spawn in the regular mines, it only appears after you get the Special Order from the board that specifically asks for Prismatic Jelly. Without that quest active, the slime literally doesn’t exist in the game. No quest = no slime, no matter how deep you go.
You can restart the day if you get to the end and you didn’t find it. Just run floors 5-15 over and over, if you have a monster musk to burn that’ll help but a day or two should get it for you.

The goal is to intentionally farm something completely different. Then the slime will show up and you’ll get the jelly.
Floors 45-49 are the best for this task. Only 3 enemy types and lots of room for spawns. It’s a numbers game. Spawn 300 slimes, and one is practically guaranteed to be the right one.
Remember that you have to be on the quest in order for the prismatic slime to spawn. This one tripped me up for ages because I thought I’d wait until I found the jelly before accepting the quest to be sure that I could complete it…I wasted a LOT of time.
Dont go to the lowest floors. The prismatic slime randomly replaces a regular slime, fighting stronger slimes just makes killing the slimes while hunting harder.
Go to easy floors and just hunt for slimes, or reload the same floor over and over by leaving and re entering the mines.
The prismatic slime is a special slime that will randomly replace any normal existing slime, so it can replace green in the early floors.
Do not go deep, even with strong weapons those enemies take longer to kill and while you don’t need to kill anything but the prismatic slime, you will have to find the stars and defend yourself.
So don’t go to the lower floorS, stay in the upper floors.
Also don’t be afraid to check the secret forest, those slimes are slimes and can be the prismatic slime.
I find it easiest to go to floor 5, do a quick look around for a prismatic slime, then if there is none, exit the mine then go to floor 5 again and repeat until I see it.
Its an event only object. The slime that spawns that jelly , only spawns in one specific mision, its a chance hunt, so allways go where a lot of slimes are for higher probabilities.
