Sorry for the shody photo. First few farms I made I figured it was impossible to get someone to dance with you for the spring 1 flower festival.
I Intentionally picked Hayley as you can just feed her up on daffodils and she has a birthday in spring.

It’s all based on the friendship level. So if you focus on giving good gifts and talking to them every day, very possible to get it done by the dance.
Yep, she and Shane are both pretty easy to get the heart levels with that early
