ok turns out i do not know how to post on reddit bc i did a whole write up about this and then added the images and now all the text is gone?? anyway the highlights of that are that this was with remixed bundles but the only one that actually made things easier was garden instead of animal, foragers instead of field research (skip the nautilus shell) and quality fish instead of specialty (don’t need desert fish). also got the rabbit’s foot and red cabbage from the cart but nothing else was so i’m proud of that! I am using a few mods but they’re purely aesthetic/qol (visible fish, ui info suite, to dew, etc). before this my earliest completion was winter 26 year 1 so i’m super proud of this! my last two items were the winter forage you can’t get in the mines (crocus and holly) so purely based on the fact that you would have to be lucky enough to get those from the cart otherwise, I don’t think I’ll try for an earlier completion, at least not anytime soon. I have several other saves I’m working on but they’re all past the community center, and this save was made partially bc I missed vanilla after getting deep into SVE and partially bc I wanted to try for the earliest completion I could!
anyway, next stop: ginger island!
