I got an uzi drop in the jungle a few years ago, so I gave it to a fresh character with some bullets to start with and did an uzi only playthru. Pretty fun as someone that almost never uses ranged weapons
I love onyx blaster but it’s only really relevant for that one stage of the game, it falls off hard after mechs.And even pre-mech, the Stormbow MASSIVELY outclasses it and stays relevant afterwards. Onyx blaster is solid and quite fun but nowhere near the best ranged weapon imo.

Stake Launcher is pretty good against multiple enemies and it's also uses cheap ammo
