Is there a way to only have certain things fade in depending on the action? Like just the hotbar appearing when you use an item instead of the entire HUD?

honestly the xp bar should be seperate. all other bars are way more important. also there should be a way to hide the xp number. also only useful in certain situations and it takes even more space.
