Is this Golem fight actually feasible on the Zenith seed? I really have no way to actually get around him because the ceiling is so incredibly low.

    If you don’t know what Zenith does, it makes the Golem very small and everything pitch black. Most importantly, you cannot place wires or anything like that. So you can’t use teleporters.

    I’ve no clue how to dodge him since his attacks are longer than the space I actually have available. Any ideas?

    Is it possible to use rod of discord or a different method to get out of the arena into one you’ve made? I haven’t done anything crazy like zenith seed before so I’ve never had the need to do something like that, but I thought it was possible some way

    I found golem to be the easiest zenith boss. I didn’t need to do anything fancy at all, just a row of platforms near the ceiling and some blocks in gaps I might get snagged in, and literally just ran back and forth the entire fight.

    If all else fails, there’s always honey shenanigans to fall back on

    I haven’t played zenith yet but on FTW I just ran left and right on my platforms just like yours with roller skates to dodge his attacks and it actually worked. Granted I was doing a mage build and had the healing specter helmet but honestly after the first few attempts I didn’t even need the helmet anymore and just went straight DPS.

    Kill him before he can cause severe damage to you, i used everthing at my disposal to kill him as a mage/summoner and Killed him pretty quick

    Setup an arena outside the temple (rod of discord or hoikout of the temple)

    Use either illuminate coating or gemspark walls (since golem destorys most normal light sources) as background walls as they light themselves

    You could also fill the bottom of the arena with honey and drop golem in it to slow movement, or do lava on the bottom to prevent mobs from spawning and passive damage (as king slime and golem are the only… yes only… two bosses to take lava damage)
