If I were you I’d grab some melee or ranger accessories. I’d also create another world just to fight the Eater of Worlds and get the Worm Scarf since it reduces the damage you take (consistently) instead of having a chance to confuse enemies (I don’t remember if Plantera is immune to confusion or not).

Why exactly do you have expert stuff in classic mode?
In classic, you’re pretty fine if you don’t suck a bit.
Keep a tad bit of distance and just use the true Excalibur.
If you used a mount like lilith’s necklace, you’d only need at most 1 mobility accessory if any. Leaving more room for other accessories.
