Put flooring halfway up around the walls, leave the middle open, and put a fish tank or terrarium in the middle, leaving gaps to climb onto the platforms. You said draw but I don’t feel like drawing.
I find it hard to believe that you dug out this entire room, and your just now wondering what to build 😅

You should just use sand or wool blocks to make outline until you find something that feels right to you personally. The reason I’m suggesting specifically sand or wool is because it would more visible against the stone flooring.

I’d do like a great hall type vibe with high stone arches. I love that kind of style
Make it look like the inside of a double-chest, then make it your storage room
I can’t draw it out but I think it could look cool with some pillars in the shape of a hallway coming from the stairs and ending at the wall, then having a checker pattern andisite and tuff floor
i did the same thing and ended up making a huge storage room
Looks done to me (I usually get about this far and then get too distracted to nicen it up)
maybe add a cozy corner with some bookshelves and seating
You just start by laying it somewhere on the ground and go from there.
