So, this is my first playthrough and I just achieved true perfection (no waivers) in year 5 summer 3rd.
What do I do now? I can‘t really find anything I haven’t done, I have every achievement, got tons of cash, I‘ve seen every cutscene and have maxed out friendship with every npc, I‘m married with two kids etc.
What else can I do? I feel bored, please help me

Year 5 and you have every hat and every top? Not sure I believe that given there some absolutely ridiculous hats to get. I’ve got a year 16 perfection that is still missing 4 hats.
Multiplayer, put it away till 1.7, try out a new game, or marry – have a child – divorce with every person in town, fill your farm with cats and dogs, do all the mayors lucky shorts easter eggs.
