How do I get Oculus, Embeddium, and Distant Horizons to all work together?

I looked through posts on how to get this to work but I found nothing and I'm hoping it can work now because all of those posts are from around 2 years ago talking about this topic. I was told from this guy named AsianHalfSquat to use this for Distant Horizons and Optifine does not work. If you could please help me I'd really appreciate it!
