A few things to note:
- I'm on 1.21.1 NeoForge
- I'm running Continents, Terralith, and Cascades: Source Version (+ Incendium & Nullscape)
- I already have C2ME in the pack
- I have tons of structure mods in the pack (gonna make separate post about Structure Essentials vs alternative mods)
- Traveling is a huge part of the pack so I need World Gen to be super optimized
- I have a ton of optimization/fix mods already in the pack: All The Leaks, BadOptimizations, Enhanced Block Entities NeoForged, Entity Culling, Fast Item Frames, Fast Paintings, Fast Suite, Fast Workbench, Fast Furnace, FerriteCore, ImmediatelyFast, Lithium, LMFT, ModernFix, More Culling, Neruina, Not Enough Recipe Book, Redirector, Reese's Sodium Options, ResourceTrimmer, Sodium, Sodium Extra, and Yeetus Experimentus
- As well as a bunch of Someaddon's performance mods: Chunk Sending, Connectivity, Fast Async World Save, GPU Memory Leak Fix, Leaky, Memory Settings, Smooth Chunk, Smooth Movement, and Structure Essentials
If you know of any other mods please share

It’s not on the sites below but I saw some people recommend fast noise:

BTW some mods might be redundant on your list.
Look at this repo:

Here is the guide for 1.21, the additions list and the not recommended mod list:

Fast Noise, and btw the other two are just maintained forks of the original mod (which did basically nothing).
Async Particles is a good addition, especially if you’re using a mod like Incendium which uses a lot of particles. In ModernFix’s config, you should enable `mixin.perf.dynamic_resources`, `mixin.perf.ingredient_item_deduplication` and `mixin.perf.faster_item_rendering.` Cerulean would be helpful if you have mods that add new advancements. Gnetum can significantly improve performance if you’re using mods that add new HUD elements like Xaero’s Minimap or Jade. Despawn Tweaks helps if you have mobs in your world that spawn with equipment. If you don’t mind not having spawn chunks, you can remove them with a ModernFix mixin for a decent improvement or just install Ksyxis. If you don’t use shaders and have a 16xx series or newer Nvidia card, you should install Nvdium for a massive performance improvement as well as faster chunk loading, follow the instructions on this page [https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/customization/nvidiumforged] on how to use Nvidium on Neoforge 1.21.1.
Redirector does not provide any actual performance improvements, Smooth Chunk is redundant and partially incompatible with C2ME, Krypton and Chloride are better alternatives to Chunk Sending and Sodium Extra. Memory Settings is not a performance mod and Leaky can be replaced with Get It Together, Drops!.
