honestly the free updates argument is so stupid and annoying
those may be the same kind of people to turn to a kid being horribly abused by their own parents or whoever is taking care of them and say “you should be grateful they’re giving you food and a ceiling to rest inside of for free”
for that i say yeah no shit they’re free, no person in their own rightful mind would pay for this stuff and HOW ABOUT WE JUST PAY THEM FOR MUCH BETTER UPDATES THEN HUH?!
note: the latest updates haven’t really been bad, but i think the vast majority of them were pretty underwhelming, and mojang really seem phobic of making big updates in the same scope as before, opposed to the huge overhauling updates they had made in the past such as the aquatic, village & pillage and the nether.
Mojang, eventually you gonna have to do the end update we’re all waiting for, or really any other big update, and if you really think you can address everything in a single drop sized update then that’s gonna be a redstone block in a world made entirely of TNT for your whole community
