A while ago I did an "oops all bees" run with two friends Nothing but bee items, you can only heal with honey Was very fun, not too difficult but definitely time consuming
Or simply : beating the game with placable items only. No weapons, no armor, no accessories, ni pickaxes or consumables, no healing items, no summoning items, no crafting (for the guide the doll has to fall without the player getting items in the inventory and has to mine the plantera bulb with explosive blocks and wires)
No walking! You would have to move around using other methods. Digging under yourself, getting hit by mobs, explosions, etc. I think this would still be possible without hooks or mounts too.
