Looking for a shader that mimics this early 2000s lighting or perhaps some tweaks for famous shaders to hit the spot

Looks clean – not too much bloom nor too many effects, which so many shaders tend to layer on. As for a recommendation, try Nostalgia_v5.1 and see how you like it. It’s the same one that comes with the Raspberry Flavoured modpack.
