So a group of friends and I are creating a anime themed modpack. I put down below all the mods that we are using. Is there any mods we should get rid of that are just not good/super laggy in general? If the mods are fine what other mods can we use to help the pack? I attached a small clip below of the main issue we are having.

This is TPS lag. The best way to diagnose is to install a profiler like spark or observable(spark would be more helpful in this case I believe) and using its tools to find which mods are causing your TPS issues.
Yo what’s the modpack mane or is it not done yet?
My man is playing the game in Speed Force Mode.
Not sure if it’ll help in your specific instance, but when I was building a 1.20.1 pack last year I was having very poor TPS despite being on a strong PC.
After searching for a bit, I found that installing a mod that disables the vanilla Recipe Book feature (Not Enough Recipe Book, in my case) more-or-less completely solved my problem. Turns out it causes severe performance drop when your pack has a lot of recipes.
