Spruce and dark oak tend to be the most versatile, but they’re also kind of “boring” sometimes because they’re just brown
Anyways, for that reason, I don’t really have a favorite, because not every wood will fit into every build. I recently made one that used cherry, jungle, and pale oak

As someone who builds in a desert and the wood I use is Acacia wood only, I would have to agree

Agreed! I dont know why, ive always loved Acacia. Made an entire house out of it and the blue wood XD
Cherry wood is my current favorite but Acacia will always be special to me. I also like the blue wood too, I think I just like colored wood tbh
