cant find the mod that causes render distance to not go above 10 chunks.

Some more info and a written description of this problem so people looking it up on the internet can also find it. Forge 1.20.1 whenever i change render distance it gets capped at 10 until i reload the world and i cant find which mod causes this so if you guys can help me find it id apreciate it.
