Fortune axe on melons I think. I've only had mileage with fortune axe in Rlcraft though because of how a specific mod affects trees and using them as weapons. I like them now because they can have efficiency, sharpness and fortune/silk touch, and maybe fire aspect (I find this combo kinda funny).

I have to admit that you don't need nothing fancy to survive a Nuke in Minecraft… Usually, when I make my bunkers, they are usually at least 15 blocks down with some being 50+ blocks down. & All you need is basically just a room that has everything needed for survival, deep enough that nothing should go down. For this, you could've done that & survived just fine! You could've made everything 10 days before detonation & survive. It's still very cool to see this bunker that looks something from a Steampunk World, though! It's very unique. Very interesting video overall!
the reason why fortune can be on a axe is because of the giant mushrooms that drop mushrooms when broken.
