I had this happen once. The baby popped in once it reached crawling stage. Which was wild because by that point I had totally forgotten about having it, so I was very confused to suddenly have a random toddler
It will appear in like 14 days I think in the night, not a dumb question
I’ve never adopted a baby in Stardew but after my character had one they’ve glitched into the void for a day or two. I’m not too sure where you’re baby would be. Restarting the day or sleeping a day could help.

First thing I do after I get married is to ask Robin to delete the crib. I find it annoying to have to talk to the NPC in my house. Can’t even think about having to care for a baby.
