    I actually did think of a potential answer to the potato thing even though I think it's just supposed to be a joke with no meaning: it was a common "beauty hack" for a long time you would use a piece of potato behind the ear to catch the needle/absorb blood/whatever when you would pierce someone's ears at home instead of going to a professional. You'd see it a lot especially in like family comedies such as full house where the teenage daughter would be getting their ears done behind their parents back by a dumb friend. Sometimes it's used with ice or instead of ice.

    I saw this a few times and thought it was a stream! I didn’t realize until today it was an edited video. I haven’t seen all of the original price of perfection, so I’m excited to watch along with this one! It’s also exciting to see how things have changed with 1.6.

    If I had a nickel for every time a YouTuber I've been watching for years came out as a trans woman while I was watching her I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's lovely it happened twice.     great video! really loved the editing, though there are some minor mistakes i found:
    2:19 the dye bundle requiring amaranth is not necessarily "run-ending" since amaranth is required for shipping anyway so you must buy the seeds regardless and you can in fact put the amaranth into a seed maker to turn it into seeds.
    13:31 you can use hops to complete the bundle you just have to pull the same trick with the amaranth and turn it into seeds again

    other than those i cant quite understand why specialty fish bundle is required to not appear because you still need to upgrade your axe, enter secret woods, and catch it for perfection (unless chair skip in which case you dont need to upgrade your axe) so i dont see the logic here.

    still, good luck looking for skull cavern treasure rooms which contain the specific seeds you need.

    How do you plan to catch a Woodskip? are you going to chair clip into the secret woods? you said your not upgrading your axe so is there another way to get the Woodskip I don't know of?

    You don't actually need a steel pick for that one golden walnut, you can put a bomb next to it and if it tills the soil "under" the rock on the walnut spot, you get it anyway, without breaking the rock.

    If i had a nickel for every time youtube recommended me an otherwise completely normal video in which the youtuber comes out as trans, I'd have, like, 3 or 4 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but I am beginning to notice a pattern.

    I had seen I think I saw first VOD of the original challenge around when it was coming out, when I first got into Stardew. Since then everytime I’ve had a mini stardew phase I’ve been wondering what happened to that series or if it would ever see the light of day in an edited video. I’m glad it’s come around with a new run on the newest update 🙂 excited for the rest of the challenge
