Tried shading for the first time


I hope this is the right sub for this post

I wanted to recreate bricks with some darker spots

How did I do?

    You’ve got the idea right, but I’d swap the flat grey blocks for a different grey block. It makes it look noisy instead of cohesive. Besides that, it looks good 😀

    Good job. I prefer having one main block type for the entire area and then add one or two other block types grouped in random places.
