For everyone saying about gd players: gd players alternate spam on a KEYBOARD and this video talks about clicking on a MOUSE. Mouse button is rotated, making it harder for you to alt-spam. Im not completely denying the fact, that they can still get more, but this is still important to know (and i also commented this cause i was mad when i saw all those comments lol) Edit: i also forgot to say, that gd players spam consistently, not trying to get the maximum amount of cps

My father had a world record, for context he is a math teacher and this was done on pi day. He had the biggest line of people who all were holding an accurate digit of pi. However he never got it verified, after he sent 5 full videos of the entire thing showing, they just kept asking him to pay for a representative to fly down and check it out himself.
