It makes sense that gaming corps and main gaming media would want to discredit someone like him. Stardew is a game I could buy a few more times just to support him because the QOL and gameplay updates just keep coming. He actually gives a fuck about his players and isn’t greedy in addition to the game having a wonderful message. Stardew is a fabulous game and should be the status quo

Gaming journalism is a joke anyway. It’s an ad revenue-based system, so there’s no incentive to post anything unless it generates the most views, which usually means the worst slop imaginable.
