I’d probably go for brown mushroom block.
Mushroom inner texture (place another same mushroom block next to it and then remove the extra one)
Try smooth sandstone
mushroom cubes
Bone blocks or mushrooms
Stripped birch, sandstone
Stripped birch wood could be a good choice
The stem of the mushrooms.
