So, like I was gonna go play a different game from all the other slop ones and saw something unbelievable.
MINIMAL-rated game will be LOCKED.
To put it simply, a calm, relaxing game about picking fruits and building a humble home and base on a tree will be STRIPPED away from me?
I was dumbfounded, so then I went to look at a different game, and I saw that NIC (no offense or anything toward the game), a WAR game with a higher content maturity, will NOT be locked away from me?
What's next, Roblox is gonna stop me from playing games that I bought developer products or gamepasses in? You gonna restrict me til the game stops receiving development and updates?
Like, what's the point if you buy something in a game before, then Roblox announces that games will be locked, and then games get locked. I have to wait like a couple of years, I have to watch updates I waited for go by. I have to watch from the sidelines as a spectator now?
I'm so done with Roblox and just had to point this out. It's honestly sad to see the platform I grew up with become more and more corporate….

If the game is above mild you need age check.
If game didn’t had 500 “engaged” users in 16+ bracket you need to be 16+ to play it without maturity change.
If game fell below 100 “engaged” users (of all ages?) game becomes 16+ without maturity change.
And i wished i was joking when i said this….
Maturity only sets a minimum allowed age game can go down to but not guarantees you could play it.
I think it’s because of the new 500+ verified player rule to stay open
