  1. Followers don’t necessarily matter to be verified anymore. If you read his username, it says “holder”, which usually implies its a holder account for a group. If the real owner of that group got banned, all the robux, games, and members of that group will be gone. But because it’s under a holder account, nothing goes on in that account other than paying devs and controlling the group/community.

    If you scroll down and look at the group, all of the developers are verified so it makes sense for the owner of a group with 147k members to be verified.

    For example, one of these dudes are a developer of that group and he only has 10 followers. But because he worked on that game, he fits the criteria of getting verified.
