I like to believe it is more of a surf n turf situation. The head half tastes like pork while the tail half tastes like tuna. Mmm. Nature never fails to impress and satisfy.

His flesh is blue it would seem therefore blue blood. The only creatures with blue blood are Arachnids,Crustaceans, and mollusks.So I assume that his flesh when cooke d as tough as a clam which taste either of lobster or shellfish or both simultaneously.

Step 2: throw it all together in a blender.
Step 3: consume result of likely match of Duke Fishron filet.
I think it tastes like something in between
