You could add some more wierd things, like the spleen of cuthulu[or of Tsathogua your case] (miniboss, divides into smaller pieces because the spleen can apparently do that, look it up)
Or robotic hip joints
Or a velvet worm for the jungle
Or a mantis shrip for the ocean that just one-hits you

This deserve more upvotes, THIS IS ABSOLUTE PEAK. I like the the concept of the alternatives corruptions and hallow. The designs are truly impressive, and the image of the mechanical drips is insanely hard, like, top five hardest terraria bosses ideas. Number one.
