Items at random will have this orange "composition" tag that makes them unstackable. Sometimes the issue can be solved by throwing both items on the ground, where they'll become one stack adopting the tag, but others, like this Dragon Fruit for example, won't stack. It seems to be happening at complete random and to any item.

I found this post that's seemingly a similar issue, a commenter explained it has to do with the game trying to read NBT data when the item has none. Other comments seem to suggest there are many mods that could do this, and it isn't as simple as one that is well known for it.

Before I sift through all my mods to find the culprit, is there a faster way to pin it down?

Edit: This Mod actually seems to be trying to fix it, but unfortunately I'm on 1.21.1 NeoForge, so no dice.

Edit2: I believe This Mod may fix it, I cant undo the ones that already have empty NBT data, but I'm currently making a new world to test it, and no items have yet appeared with the issue, will update if no issues persist.

Edit3: Unfortunately the issue is only partially solved. I haven't found any new items with the issue (if that was happening to begin with, granted, because I am going off memory when I wasn't paying attention to it) But I know a culprit, hopefully it's the only one. I'm using Keep Bed Inventory which basically is keep inventory by Subnautica rules, if you can set a spawn with the items you've got, you can keep them when you die. When I die, however, all items get empty NBT data. Going to try a few other keep inventory mods and see if the issue is still there.
