I waited months to make this Stardew rhubarb cocktail

Back when the seasons were changing over, I found this recipe from Today’s Tipple built around ingredients you can actually get from your farm in Stardew Valley. Even better, it featured rhubarb, which I’d never really had the chance to mix with before.

So I went to the grocery store, fully knowing I had seen rhubarb there the week before… only to find out that was apparently the week it disappeared from shelves for the season. Damn. I figured this one was getting shelved for months.

Lucky for me, rhubarb is back in season now, and I bought like 3 pounds of it to mess around with. Step one was infusing some into wine and finally trying this recipe. Step two? That’s what I’ve gotta figure out next.

A Cozy Rhubarb Wine Cocktail 🍷🌱
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Rhubarb-infused White Wine (Hectare Chardonnay)
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Mead (Valenzano Jersey Devil)
▷ 1 tsp Strawberry Jelly (Polaner) @PolanerSpreads
▷ Top 3 oz (90 ml) Ginger Ale
